Malibu Constructions was established in 2003 by Managing Director James Purcell, to construct new homes, alterations and additions, and small commercial projects. Having completed a Building Degree (B.Build-hons) at UNSW, James worked in various contract administration and project management roles with a number of Australia’s largest and most reputable commercial construction companies gaining over 15 years of valuable commercial construction and project management experience.
